Meet The Team

At an early age, I dreamed of being a part of the beauty industry. I loved the idea of helping people feel their best when they looked at themselves after getting their hair and/or makeup done. It was like magic. I'm proud to say I have been licensed in this incredible industry since 2003. I've worked in almost every arena of the industry, and have traveled all over the country doing what I love. I taught Cosmetology for 3 1/2 years, was assistant manager for the McClellan AFB salon, was a product rep for various brands, managed and expanded multiple salons, and currently own a salon in Del Mar, CA. I'm certified through Olaplex, Redken, and multiple other reputable companies, and have been through extensive training courses throughout my career. In 2017, I received my masters in Makeup Artistry through Makeup Designory (MUD), specializing in bridal, editorial, commercial, runway, and film. In 2021 I was first place winner for makeup artistry for the Art & Beauty Behind Fashion Competition in Manhattan, put on by Sotheby's, The Art Renewal Center, and Fashion Week San Diego. I am currently one of the Lead Makeup Artists for Fashion Week San Diego, and am working on becoming a part of the Hair and Makeup Artists Union. It's an honor to evolve with this industry and to share my passion for it with all of you.

Hi, I'm Carolina! I'm a hairstylist and makeup artist that's been licensed for 9 years. I specialize in highlighting , hair painting, makeup and updos! I have years of professional Experience & have taken several classes  by Kevin Murphy , Framesi, Opivu , Mac , Makeup Forever, etc. 

My passion lately has been leading more towards bridal , it's one of the most important days in a persons life! Making someone feel the most beautiful on their special day is one of the greatest outcomes of this industry! 

My name is Brittney Graeber and I have been a Cosmetologist for 12 years. Upon making a name for myself and roots in this industry my main goal was to empower people and make them feel like there most beautiful, genuine self. I pride myself on listening and executing the most true style for every bride and I'm not afraid of feed back and adjusting any style to better suit my bride. 

My name is Diana born and raised in San Diego, CA  currently in the Inland Empire. I started with doing my own makeup and wanted to advance my skills, so I decided to attend a makeup academy to learn more about the makeup/beauty industry along with different techniques and makeup styles. I enjoy bridal makeup most and I’m so grateful for having this opportunity to be a part of Destination Beauty.

Hi! My name is Deborah Lynn and I am honored to have served the bridal and editorial communities for the last fifteen years in Southern California.  

As a licensed hair and makeup artist, I’ve had the privilege of traveling up and down the west coast making incredible connections with my brides, models, and memorable moments with my colleagues.

Starting my career as an actress in front of the camera gave me a real understanding of what is expected for long lasting, professional wear on and off sets.  

What I do for my brides is find a balance between what makes them feel most natural and authentic, and what is necessary to compete with those video lights and flashes.  

On an editorial set though, it’s everything goes!  There may be hairpins, lashes, and glitter on the floor when we’re done!  

I love the creativity of my career, the thrill of runways, and the variation of magazine shoots.  I still feel as passionate about the art today as the day I started.  Collaborating with a unique bride or creative team is what it’s all about to me.

I am a highly accredited stylist, having 15+ years in the beauty industry.  I've taken multiple opportunities to be mentored and work with some of the most acclaimed colorist and stylist in the industry.  I spent five years working in celebrity-driven salons in Manhattan and freelancing around NYC. My favorite part about living in New York was the exciting opportunity to work major fashion events/award shows and of course, connecting with people from around the world one on one from behind the chair. My keen eye for detail, creative, and versatile styling keeps me in high demand. Keeping hair healthy and beautiful is always my priority.

I have 21 years in the beauty industry, and have worked for prestigious beauty brands such as Too Faced, Smashbox & Hourglass. I've also been a makeup instructor for Mac cosmetics along with private beauty colleges. Experienced in both special event hair and makeup.
